My name is Raquel, I was born in Brazil, but I became an American citizen after living in the United States for several years. I am a holistic nutritionist and always had a major connection with nature. It was through this connection that I started creating my pieces. At first I started working with wood and soon after with the combination of wood and macrame, using natural cotton cords, natural oils such as flaxseed and bee wax.
